Tom (our delivery guy) was stopped on Rt. 422 to turn into Cieria Lounge to make a delivery. He looked into his side mirror while waiting for two vehicles to go by, and he seen an 18 wheeler jack knived coming at him. He was rear ended. He called us to tell us he was in an accident and that he would call right back. Tom didn't realize at that point that one of the two cars didn't make it past the 18 wheeler. He thought it was just him. The other car's driver didn't make it, but her baby (who was in the car with her) was not touched. Tom is ok, still shaked by it all, but physically ok. The State police held him at the scene for about 5 hours while they investigated. The 18 wheeler was found going too fast for weather conditions (it was raining).
